Ambassador Sarek has been working for much of his career to negotiate with the Lagarens and really only he is able to conduct the negotiations however he is suffering from a rare Vulcan illness that effects the mind and causes Vulcans to loose control of their emotions. Captain Picard and crew must try to convince Sarek (sensitively) that he should postpone the negotiations but he is unwilling to do so. Finally a solution is found in which Picard and Sarek mind meld to afford Sarek the stability he requires. Find out what we think of this epic and monumental episode of Star Trek the Next Generation.

Star Trek is definitely an old show, but that does not mean that it lost its value. Sure, Star Trek might not be as good as the new films, at least in the graphics department, but that is not what it is all about. Star Trek is more about the plot and the characters in their universe. As a long time fan, I really encourage people to watch it. I want people to know how great of a show it is.
